Enhanced Macros where users can simply right click a page and copy portion of the page and paste that to another area of the page. You can also paste it to Notepad and share the database to others.

It is now easier to share data to Sharepoint as opposed to early editions of Access.

You can also make changes to your reports, forms, macros, and queries offline. All you need to do is upload the file to Microsoft SharePoint Server and once you are reconnected, every updates and changes that you did are automatically synchronized.
